As we begin the New Year we are expanding our line of yoga classes on Zoom.
Three varieties of classes are available.
Our Therapeutic Classes are geared to small, individualized instruction, using techniques from Tensegrity and Yoga Therapy, we address common issues for accessible, whole body wellness for all ages.
Our Stretch and Strengthen classes are geared to students who wish to build full range of motion and balanced muscle strengthening they can apply to their activities of choice.
Our Yoga Lunch program is a quick, 45 minute mini class to help users where they are to feel better and do self-care at the office, the lunch room, the break area or on the road. Simple chair based stretches and movement give clients tools to use anywhere they need to take care of their bodies in a quick, fun, easy manner.
