New Classes for January 2021!

As we begin the New Year we are expanding our line of yoga classes on Zoom.

Three varieties of classes are available.

Our Therapeutic Classes are geared to small, individualized instruction, using techniques from Tensegrity and Yoga Therapy, we address common issues for accessible, whole body wellness for all ages.

Our Stretch and Strengthen classes are geared to students who wish to build full range of motion and balanced muscle strengthening they can apply to their activities of choice.

Our Yoga Lunch program is a quick, 45 minute mini class to help users where they are to feel better and do self-care at the office, the lunch room, the break area or on the road. Simple chair based stretches and movement give clients tools to use anywhere they need to take care of their bodies in a quick, fun, easy manner.

New Custom Paddleboard Line

Hi!,

In addition to the Fitboat rowing/camping boat, we offer two styles of hollow paddleboards. The Kahalo Line is based on the Chesapeake Lite Craft Designs with enhancements in construction.

Shown Below, it comes in 12’6″ and 14′ Sizes.

New Year!

Hi Everybody! welcome to a new year at Four Winds Yoga of TN. On the Yoga Side, we will be offering blocks of six week series in both mat based therapeutic yoga, trapeze yoga and balance and paddleboard yoga. Our instructor, Claire will be taking periodic breaks to complete her RYT-500 training in Therapeutic Yoga this year.

On the fitness side, the first Fitboat is done and being enhanced. It is our combo rowing-sailing-fishing boat that has a cabin and can be towed behind little cars and will fit in your garage!
